Do not refuse the delivery.
2.Mark "DAMAGED" on the driver’s waybill and sign it (ensure you sign the original waybill, not a copy). Failing to do this will forfeit the insurance claim.
3.Take and Submit the Following Photos admin@bentuoauto.com or Message Us:
● Full front view of the damaged parts (entire part visible).
● Full back view of the damaged parts (entire part visible).
● Close-up shots of damaged areas.
● Close-up of the manufacturer’s tag with the item number (on the part and plastic wrapping).
● Full pictures of the shipping boxes.
